During your face to face video conferencing you will speak with one of our urgent care doctors from the comfort of your home utilizing HIPPA compliant telemedicine solution. Many illnesses and diseases can be diagnosed and treated during your Virtual TeleHealth Visit. And, please rest assured if our doctors recommend that you come into the office for additional evaluation, we will transfer your visit details & payment to the in-office visit.

Scheduling – Virtual Visit is easy:

  1. Complete your patient registration paperwork on our website.
  2. Our medical team will review your information and verify applicable insurance co-pay amount, we work with most insurance plans. Affordable self-pay option is available.
  3. We will be calling you to confirm your medical history, payment details and establish connection for the virtual visit. You may connect using your phone, tablet or a computer.
  4. Video chat with one of our Urgent Care doctors.
  5. If a prescription is medically necessary, it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

TeleHealth service is available during our business hours 7 days a week, Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm. Please know that your health and safety is always our top priority! Both of our facilities in Miami Beach and Aventura are open and provide all non-life threatening medical services should you need to come in. If you are unsure, you may always give us a call during our business hours and we will let you know on the best course of action right now.
